What is collected
- Google Analytics (GA4) cookies, device and browser information, the pages you view, and your IP address. The IP address is anonymised by Google; this site never sees an individual IP address.
- Cookies that Google AdSense uses to serve ads.
- The name, email address, topic and message you enter in the contact form.
- Saved candidates and the theme setting are kept in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to the server.

To improve the site (understanding which pages and features are used) and to answer enquiries.
Third parties
Google LLC provides the analytics (GA4) and the ads (AdSense); Resend, Inc. delivers the contact form email. Their own policies describe what they do with the data.
