- Flood inundation area ratio, lowest first Lower means a smaller expected inundation area
- Tsunami inundation area ratio, lowest first Lower means a smaller expected inundation area
- Landslide alert area ratio, lowest first Lower means a smaller alert area
- Shindo 6-lower or above in 30 years, lowest first Lower means strong shaking is less likely
- Median residential land price, lowest first Lower means cheaper
- Distance from Tokyo Station, lowest first Lower means closer to Tokyo Station
- Distance from Osaka Station, lowest first Lower means closer to Osaka Station
- Distance from Nagoya Station, lowest first Lower means closer to Nagoya Station
- Average temperature in January, lowest first Higher means a milder winter
- Average temperature in August, lowest first Lower means a cooler summer
- Population, highest first Higher means more people and services nearby
- Convenience stores, highest first Higher means more shops within reach
